RENTAL REQUIREMENTS

ALL RENTALS

  1. A major credit card and valid driver's license or passport is required for rental deposit.

  2. Participants younger than 18, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian; the agreement must be signed by the parent or guardian releasing Green Iguana Rentals from liability.

  3. Participants must be in good health, be able to operate, control and balance the equipment at the time of rental. Please consult your physician.

  4. Participants are responsible for the rental equipment from the time the equipment is rented until the time it is returned, including damage and theft of rental equipment.

  5. Participants must inform Green Iguana Rentals if the equipment is damaged or not working properly. Green Iguana Rentals at their discretion may provide a substitution for the equipment or a store credit.

  6. Rental equipment is due back on the date/time agreed upon by Green Iguana Rentals and the customer.

  7. Participants must comply with all laws and use with caution.

E-BIKES, HONDA RUCKUS, SCOOTER, SCOOT COUPES

In addition to all mentioned above, participants must be:

  1. E-Bikes: At least 16 years old to operate.  Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied at all times by a parent or guardian; the agreement must be signed by the parent or guardian releasing Green Iguana Rentals from liability.

  2. Honda Ruckus: At least 18 years old to operate.  Participants under the age of 21 must be accompanied at all times by a parent or guardian; the agreement must be signed by the parent or guardian releasing Green Iguana Rentals from liability.

  3. Scooter: At least 18 years old to operate.  Participants under the age of 21 must be accompanied at all times by a parent or guardian; the agreement must be signed by the parent or guardian releasing Green Iguana Rentals from liability.

  4. Scoot Coupes: At least 18 years old to operate.  Participants under the age of 21 must be accompanied at all times by a parent or guardian; the agreement must be signed by the parent or guardian releasing Green Iguana Rentals from liability.
